In this role, you will be responsible for planning, organizing, staffing, and directing client care on a daily operational basis. You will ensure that our team meets regulatory and accreditation standards while providing high-quality care to our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

Establish and maintain effective working relationships with community agencies.

Participate in selecting off-site resources for needed services and keep agencies informed about our offerings.

Complete monthly/quarterly record reviews to ensure compliance with regulatory standards and monitor quality improvement indicators.

Facilitate weekly clinical case staffing and team meetings, acting on reports and recommendations to ensure high-quality service provision.

Conduct intakes and provide individual, family, and group therapy as needed.

Oversee service delivery, ensuring appropriate frequency and intensity of services for clients.

Develop programmatic schedules to meet client needs while respecting client rights.

Collaborate with outside agencies to provide comprehensive services to clients and their families.

Manage program budget and develop quarterly fiscal projections in collaboration with leadership.

Provide clinical direction and supervision to team members, conducting evaluations and maintaining training plans.

Ensure staff receive necessary training to enhance service quality.

Respond to crisis situations and ensure incident reporting is completed per company policy.

Assist leadership in quarterly reports and participate in quality management meetings.

Oversee environmental conditions for safety and cleanliness.

Other duties as assigned by the Program Director or Executive Team members.

Education, Experience, and/or Credential Qualifications:

Graduate from an accredited college or university with a Master’s Degree in social work, counseling, psychology, psychiatric nursing, or a closely related field, with at least three (3) years of professional experience in substance use disorder treatment and one (1) year of supervisory experience; OR

Graduate with a Bachelor’s Degree in the same fields, with at least four (4) years of professional experience and two (2) years of supervisory experience; AND

Qualified Addiction Professional certified by the Indiana Credentialing Board, Inc. or applicable State Board with four (4) years of professional experience and three (3) years of supervisory experience; OR

Licensed counselor, psychologist, or physician in Missouri with at least one (1) year of professional experience in substance use disorder treatment and one (1) year of supervisory experience.

Additional Qualifications:

Successful completion of background checks including criminal record, driving record, and abuse/neglect checks.

Current driver’s license, acceptable driving record, and current auto insurance.

First Aid and CPR certification within three (3) months of employment.

Completion of required training within specified timeframes.

Annual maintenance of licenses/certifications to perform counseling duties.

Physical Requirements:

Sedentary work: Exerting up to 10 pounds of force occasionally and/or a negligible amount of force frequently to lift, carry, push, or pull objects.

Repetitive movements of hands, fingers, and arms for typing and/or writing during work shifts.

Sitting most of the time, with occasional walking or standing.
