Primary Function/General Purpose of Position
The Driver is responsible for driving the Mobile Health Unit to and from places where our patients live and work. Once on-site, the Driver collects information and registers patients for their appointments. Responsibilities include learning established routes/schedules and maintaining positive client relations. This position will require you to float to multiple locations.
Essential Job Functions
Operates hospital vehicle to transport Mobile Health, equipment to various sites in a safe mannerCompletes daily checklist to ensure van and equipment are in working order and reports any malfunction of the vehicle to managementGases vehicle on specified days of the week and maintains cleanliness of van and stocks supplies when necessaryMeets and greets customers by obtaining and verify the patient’s demographic information and ensures the completion of formsThis document is not an exhaustive list of all responsibilities, skills, duties, requirements, or working conditions associated with the job. Licensing/Certification
Valid State Driver’s License and CDL Class A or B (required)

Previous experience with truck or bus (required)
