We're currently looking for a Mobile Cleaning Supervisor, who will deliver excellent service standards while meeting SLA agreements and adhering to cleaning schedules. We cover a vast array of clients ranging in location between cities in the Newcastle, Sunderland and Durham area.

You will be provided a company van and will be responsible for managing your van's stock levels.

Hours: 40 per week (including paid travel)
Pay: £26,280 per annum (£12.60 per hour) (Please not the rate will increased to £27,976 per annum £13.34 per hour)
Location: Multiple (Mobile)

Role Responsibilities:

Manage multiple sites, including recruitment and staff development. Deliver routine planned and periodic cleaning to a high standard. Provide technical training and ensure Health & Safety procedures are followed. Monitor cleanliness standards, distribute uniforms, and manage stock levels. Address issues professionally and escalate to line manager when necessary.

Previous supervisory and/or cleaning experience. Strong communication skills and professional attitude. Reliable, hardworking, and able to work independently. Ability to follow schedules and lead teams effectively. Self-driven, open, and committed to continuous improvement.
