For the role of M&A HR IT product manager  we are looking for candidates with a broad range of skills. 

The responsibilities include:

M&A Strategy Integration: • Collaborate with HR and IT leadership to understand the company's M&A strategy and objectives. • Develop and implement a comprehensive plan to integrate SuccessFactors solutions into newly acquired entities.

Product Management: • Oversee the entire SuccessFactors product lifecycle, ensuring alignment with business goals and industry best practices. • Provide subject matter expertise on SuccessFactors modules, including Employee Central, Recruiting, Learning, and Performance Management.

Project Leadership: • Lead and manage end-to-end M&A projects related to SuccessFactors implementation, ensuring timelines and budgets are met. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including IT, HR, legal, and finance, to drive project success. 

Stakeholder Engagement: • Engage with key stakeholders to understand their requirements and concerns related to SuccessFactors. • Provide regular updates to senior leadership on project progress, challenges, and successes.

Change Management: • Develop and execute change management strategies to ensure a smooth transition for employees during M&A activities. • Conduct training sessions and provide ongoing support to end-users.

Vendor Management: • Work closely with SuccessFactors vendors to stay informed about updates, enhancements, and new features. • Evaluate and recommend additional HR IT solutions that align with the company's evolving needs.

What you bring

A minimum of 8 years' experience in HR solutions is required.

Possess in-depth knowledge of the SuccessFactors Employee Central Module (including Role-Based Permissions).

Demonstrate strong understanding of core HR business processes (Hire to Retire).

Ability to translate customer needs into technical requirements.

Experience in Cloud projects/programs within an international and multicultural environment.

Comprehension of integration architecture and patterns, including BTP technologies.

Proven experience in managing sophisticated customer environments where tools and automation are crucial for continuous organizational transformation/evolution and the constant pursuit of efficiency.

Capability in managing and inspiring change within a large, complex organization.

Excellent communication and negotiation skills.

Exhibit a proactive and resourceful attitude.

Advanced level of English

Desired 

PMP or Prince2 Certification

 ITIL Certification 

Certification in SuccessFactors Employee Central or any other module and Employee Listening solutions 

Understanding of Agile (SAFe ) and Waterfall project management methodologies
