MMB Multinational Leader

We are seeking a talented individual to join our Mercer Marsh Benefits team at Mercer Marsh Benefits. This role will be based in the Philippines. This is a hybrid role that has a requirement of working at least three days a week in the office.

The MMB Multinational Leader will oversee a small to large-sized team, ensuring effective performance management and client service delivery while maximizing profitability and fostering strong client relationships.

We will count on you to:

Conduct, mentor, and oversee performance management for a small to large -sized group, coordinating workload and ensuring appropriate staffing to meet client needs.Monitor the preparation, management, implementation, and achievement of business plans and goals.Maximize team and account profitability through efficient work practices, adequate client billing, and sensible expense control.Cultivate effective long-term relationships with key client decision-makers and monitor changes within client organizations to protect the Company's relationship with clients.Lead, plan, and implement effective renewal and broking strategies, ensuring renewal performance meets set targets.Recognize and capitalize on revenue generation and growth opportunities by developing additional business from existing portfolios and other sources in line with budget targets.

What you need to have:

Proven experience in a leadership role within the broking or insurance industry.Strong understanding of risk management and insurance needs.Excellent communication and relationship-building skills with clients and team members.Ability to analyze business plans and implement effective strategies for profitability.
