Minimum 2–4 years of bartending experience, including at least 1 year as a Mixologist in upscale or high-volume settings.

Diploma or certification in Hospitality, Bartending, or Mixology preferred.

Expert-level knowledge of cocktail history, spirits, and advanced mixology techniques.

Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills; highly guest-focused and service-oriented.

Strong sense of presentation, creativity, and flavor balance.

Ability to perform under pressure, multitask effectively, and maintain consistency in fast-paced environments.

Fluent in English; additional languages are an asset.

Certification in Responsible Alcohol Service preferred.
