We are seeking a highly experienced Mission Domain Targeting Subject Matter Expert (SME) to join our team and support the design, development, and implementation of cutting-edge targeting solutions for the Federal Government. This pivotal role will focus on translating complex mission needs into robust, secure, and scalable software solutions, with an emphasis on data management, situational awareness, mission management, and AI/ML capabilities. If you are a proactive, self-starter with a deep understanding of mission-specific requirements and a commitment to delivering secure and scalable solutions, we encourage you to apply. **Key Responsibilities** + **Expert Guidance:** Provide expert-level insights on the DoD targeting cycle and its application in military operations to inform software solution design and planning. + **Requirements Analysis:** Conduct thorough analysis of mission-specific requirements and translate them into detailed technical specifications. + **Stakeholder Collaboration:** Work closely with stakeholders to ensure a comprehensive understanding of operational mission needs and constraints. + **Cross-Functional Alignment:** Collaborate with Architects, Product Owners, and other technical leads to ensure solutions align with mission objectives and US Government standards. + **Strategic Alignment:** Engage with key stakeholders, including senior-level clients, to understand their vision, goals, and challenges, and align technical solutions with their strategic objectives. + **Mission Understanding:** Maintain a deep understanding of mission and business challenges across IC and related US Government agencies and organizations, and provide effective solutions using relevant technologies and products. **Required Qualifications** + **Experience:** + 5+ years of experience directly supporting combatant command intelligence or operations missions. + 3+ years of experience in providing intelligence or operations support to Joint or Combatant Command military operations. + 3+ years of experience in intelligence or operations and planning support to the Joint Targeting cycle at the Combatant Command level. + **Technical Expertise:** + Extensive experience with data management, situational awareness, AI/ML, and mission management capabilities used for joint targeting within US Government agencies. + In-depth knowledge of the DoD targeting cycle and its application in military operations. + Knowledge of the SOF and Conventional Joint Fires Kill-Chain doctrine. + Experience with ISR mission and intelligence product support. + Experience in a Joint Command or Service operations center. + **Clearance:** **Active Top Secret clearance** . This position is contingent on funding and may not be filled immediately. However, this position is representative of positions within CACI that are consistently available.
