What You Will Be Doing
As a member of our team, you will be responsible for providing direct support to Program Managers, working closely with them to manage integrated master schedules, contract deliverables, risk, and program performance metrics. You will also collaborate with various stakeholders to identify and mitigate potential risks to technical schedules and cost performance.
Your responsibilities will include:
• Supporting FMS Program Managers with presentation development and communications
• Coordinating with internal teams to ensure execution of contractual requirements
• Interfacing between the Program Office and Functional teams to achieve program goals
• Making recommendations to Program Managers for cost, quality, and schedule
• Analyzing customer material readiness using ERP data to inform strategic decisions
• Participating in various boards, including Configuration Control, Failure Review, Risk and Opportunity, and Corrective Action

MUST BE A U.S. CITIZEN - This position requires the ability to obtain a Secret security clearance.
Basic Qualifications:
• Able to effectively work in a fast-paced environment, able to prioritize, lead, and manage tasks to completion
• Strong organization and time management skills, attention to detail, and ability to multi-task high priorities
• Exceptional teambuilding skills; Demonstrated coordination and collaboration experience
• Ability to work independently in a dynamic team environment under general guidance
• Ability to professionally communicate both orally and in writing, clearly, concisely, and with technical accuracy
• Problem solving and troubleshooting skills with the ability to exercise mature judgment
• Record of utilizing the Full Spectrum Leadership (FSL) model in executing responsibilities
• Ability to proactively manage multiple tasks and priorities
• Formal presentation skills; ability to produce presentation materials appropriate to the audience
• Knowledge of process improvement methodology
Desired Skills:
• Proven resource management – people, material, and time
• Project management skillsets, including but not limited to: leadership, effective communication, planning/organization, risk management, and financial acumen
• PAC-3 Missile Segment system knowledge
• Experience in both a repair depot and a manufacturing environment
• Experience with various contract types and requirements development
• Proven customer relationship skills and previous experience with USG agencies, specifically SHIELD and DCMA
• Experience applying Control Account Management (CAM) and EVMS methodologies
• Familiarity with OASAS, ERP tool SAP (PRD and MRO) or similar databases

Schedule for this Position: 4x10 hour day, 3 days off per week
