Job Description:

Parsons is looking for an amazingly talented Missile Defense System Capability Engineer to join our team! In this role you will provide technical support to the Enterprise Solutions and Enablement Directorate.

What You'll Be Doing:

Support technical evaluations for adding missile defense capabilities to the Operational Capability (OCL) and External Asset Lists (EAL).

Provide evaluations of the body of evidence that ensures these hardware and/or software changes or additions are safe and effective for warfighter use following extensive engineering, test, and assessment.

Serve as point of contact for coordination with programs, enabling organizations, and external stakeholders. Provide guidance and training as necessary.

What Required Skills You'll Bring:

Master's degree in STEM and 12+ years of relevant experience

Active Secret clearance

Experience in technical rigor to support technical review for all proposed OCL build packages to ensure criteria and objective evidence are sufficient and appropriate to support the OWG brief. 

Ability to provide technical coordination across MDA Program and Stakeholders to address technical issues. 

Experience with military tactical data link standards, communications interfaces, technical change proposals, and other standards.

Salary Range: $120,800.00 - $217,400.00
