Servers should be proactive, organized, outgoing, knowledgeable, and friendly. **ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:** · Ensure that all server stations are properly stocked before, during, and after service · Ensure that the assigned station is clean, organized, and set properly · Professionally communicate with fellow colleagues and integrated departments · Follow the Harvest Moon Sequence of Service to ensure guests needs are met in a timely manner · Provide detailed dietary knowledge of menu items including allergen information · Communicate with MOD to ensure guests are receiving safe and timely service · Provide genuine connections with our guests · Be able to speak to Miraval activities and programs on property · Complete all assigned side work · Assume the duties of support staff during low occupancy shifts · Maintain a high level of professionalism and decorum · Follow and abide by the instructions of the Harvest Moon leadership team Miraval is a place where high expectations aren't just met-they're exceeded.
