Your role at Baxter

As an MIP-Engineering professional at Baxter Healthcare Corporation, you will contribute to the development and refinement of medical products and manufacturing processes. You will ensure that business aims are reached concerning time, cost, and quality. What you'll be doingGenerate savings for the business through project planning and execution.Lead and manage value improvement or margin improvement projects (VIP/MIP).Develop, refine, and roll out products and manufacturing processes.Plan, create, and manage CAPEX/OPEX.Coordinate with internal and external teams for project success.Conduct feasibility studies and verify financial savings for projects.Support procurement in material and product quotations.Lead workshops, Kaizen events, and VAVE initiatives.

What you'll bringMinimum one year of related experience.Experience in problem-solving, project management, and leadership.Knowledge of lean practices, Six Sigma, and regulated environments (ISO/FDA/GMP).Proficiency in process validation (IQ/DOE/OQ/PQ).Preferred experience in manufacturing environment and project management tools.Advanced degree or equivalent experience in relevant certifications.
