A Mini Bar Attendant is responsible for replenishing refreshment centres and maintaining inventory in the hotel's continuing effort to deliver outstanding guest service and financial profitability.
What will I be doing?
As a Mini Bar Attendant, you will be responsible for replenishing refreshment centres and maintaining inventory in the hotel's continuing effort to deliver outstanding guest service and financial profitability. Specifically, you will be responsible for performing the following tasks to the highest standards:
Restock minibar items according to company standards and par levels
Accurately record consumed items and post charges to guest accounts
Make sure minibar units are clean, organised, and fully operational
Check expiry dates and rotate stock in line with food safety standards
Maintain accurate inventory records and report shortages or damages
Follow hygiene, WHS, and alcohol-handling procedures
Communicate effectively with Housekeeping and Front Office teams
Provide discreet and professional service when interacting with guests
Flexibility to assist with Food & Beverage operations as needed

A valid alcohol manager's certificate in New Zealand (or willingness to obtain prior to commencement)

Full working rights in New Zealand

Previous experience in hospitality, housekeeping, or minibar operations
