This includes coordinating various administrative tasks, such as processing bi-weekly payroll, receiving and purchasing office supplies. This position also collaborates with Human Resources, Finance, Shared Services, and the Corporate Office on various initiatives and events. Overall + Process bi-weekly payroll. + Support Mine Manager/Superintendent, Human Resources, and staff. People Functions + Maintains a filing system, prepares hourly time sheets, and maintains the UKG time management system. + Track vacation, attendance, and disciplinary logs. + Create and submit Employee Change Notice (ECN) forms in a timely manner for all employee changes. + Assist with HR events. Office Management Functions + Monitor and be responsible for office supply inventory. + Generate Open PO Report + SAP PO Processor for Mine Department Other + Backs up the plant office administrator when needed. **_What do you bring?_** + Bachelor’s degree in Business, Accounting, Human Resources, or related field. Equivalent work experience may be considered in lieu of degree. + Three plus years of general office experience is required.
