**_Millwright - Conveyor Installation - Traveling_** Ultimate LLC is **immediately hiring experienced Millwrights** for conveyor installation projects in the **Newhall, CA** area. The pay rate is **$35-$40 per hour** or based on experience. All Millwrights are scheduled for **60+ hours a week** , with 7 days of **$277/day per diem** **when traveling** . We are looking for skilled craftsmen to add to our team of dedicated, safe, productive, and proven professionals. Ultimate LLC provides **weekly pay** with no week in the hole and optional direct deposit. **Ultimate Job Duties:** + Install, maintain, and repair conveyor systems for FedEx, UPS, and USPS and other like facilities + Perform welding and fabrication tasks related to conveyor systems, including MIG, TIG, and stick welding. + Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings specific to conveyor systems. + Troubleshoot and diagnose mechanical issues with conveyor systems. + Maintain and repair machinery or equipment as needed. + Follow and enforce OSHA regulations to ensure a safe work environment. + **THE MAJORITY OF THE CONSTRUCTION OF THESE SYSTEMS ARE BOLT UP** **Ultimate Millwright Requirements:** + Minimum 7+ years of experience in conveyor installation and mechanical installation. + Proficient in various welding techniques (MIG, TIG, Stick). + Ability to read and interpret technical documents and blueprints related to conveyor systems. + Strong mechanical and technical skills with conveyor systems. + Must have appropriate PPE (hard hat, vest, steel-toe boots). + Ability to perform regular standing, bending, kneeling, and lifting of up to 50 lbs without assistance. + **Drug Test Required.** + **Background Check Required.** + Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation. **Benefits of Working at Ultimate LLC:** + Weekly pay with Direct Deposit + Health Insurance + Dental and Vision Coverage + 401(k) + Paid Time Off + Referral bonus program + Pay increase based on quality of craftsmanship + Tool purchase Program + PPE Reimbursement Program + Paid OSHA training + Long-term work opportunities + ID theft protection
