**Job Title: Millwright** **Job Description** We are seeking a skilled Millwright or Heavy Equipment Technician with strong experience in rotating equipment, particularly with gearboxes and pumps. This role is perfect for an individual who takes pride in high-quality work, enjoys variety, and wants to take ownership of a growing area of the business. You will work on everything from small gearboxes to units up to 500 HP (approximately 2,000 lbs), handling both shop rebuilds and scheduled field service. The ideal candidate will be methodical, quality-driven, and comfortable working independently in both shop and field environments. **Responsibilities** + Perform repairs and rebuilds on gearboxes, motors, cylinders, and pumps. + Diagnose hydraulic systems and perform necessary component repairs. + Conduct both shop rebuilds and scheduled field service work. + Work independently to ensure high-quality standards in all tasks. **Essential Skills** + Experience with hydraulics, repair, and blueprint reading. + Proficiency in working with industrial rotating equipment. + Skill in gearbox repair and maintenance of rotating equipment. + Ability to diagnose and repair hydraulic systems. **Additional Skills & Qualifications** + Experience in machining and fabrication is an asset. + Previous experience in hydraulic shops such as Norcan, Applied (AIT), or Motion. **Why Work Here?** Enjoy benefits effective from Day 1, including 80% coverage across all categories and enhanced mental health support.
