Job Description
Join our team as a Millwright where you will play a crucial role in assembling and testing winches, with sizes ranging from 12 inches to over 6 feet. You will receive comprehensive training in hydronic testing and will be responsible for assembling winches using provided kits, drawings, and schematics. This position involves physical work, including lifting up to 50 pounds, though overhead cranes and forklifts are available to assist.
ResponsibilitiesAssemble winches according to provided kits, drawings, and schematics.Perform hydronic testing with training provided.Utilize tools and equipment for assembly, including overhead cranes and forklifts.Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and drawings accurately.Log and manage job information using an MRP system or ERP experience.Ensure safety and organization in the work area.Collaborate with team members and assist other teams as needed.Essential SkillsProficiency in reading schematics and drawings.Mechanical aptitude with millwright experience, ideally level 3-4 or Red Seal.Experience with hydraulic systems and testing.Ability to operate overhead cranes and forklifts.Additional Skills & QualificationsUnderstanding of hydraulics.Possession of a forklift ticket.Flexibility for overtime work.Strong organizational skills and punctuality.Ability to work collaboratively and flexibly within teams.Why Work Here?

Work Environment
Work in an 80,000 sqft clean shop that is half machine shop and half assembly area, equipped with 3 paint booths and an enclosed welding shop. The facility is environmentally conscious and provides a bright lunch room with two TVs. Work alongside a team of 12 to 30 machinists, with a total of 40 people in the shop. Standard shifts are from 7:00 AM to 3:15 PM, with potential for adjustment post-probation. Safety and personal protective equipment (PPE) are provided.

The pay range for this position is $38.00 - $49.00/hr.
