Industrial Millwright We are looking for experienced Industrial Millwrights to join our team for short-term projects focused on industrial seal replacement and repairs. This role requires hands-on mechanical skills, physical endurance, and a strong commitment to safety. Responsibilities: + Assist in the replacement and repair of industrial seals. + Perform heavy manual labor, including grinding, lifting, and equipment positioning. + Work alongside welders and other trades to complete project tasks. + Safely use tools and equipment for grinding, material handling, and mechanical support. + Maintain communication with team members and adhere to site safety protocols. Requirements: + Previous experience as a millwright or in heavy industrial/mechanical work. + Ability to perform physically demanding labor, including grinding and lifting. + Comfortable working 12-hour shifts in an industrial environment. + Team-oriented and safety-focused mindset.
