**Job Title: Millwright**
**Job Description**
You will be responsible for the installation, maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of a wide range of mechanical equipment, utility systems, and automated machinery in compliance with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP), safety protocols, and regulatory requirements. This role requires a strong understanding of precision machinery, adherence to strict quality and safety standards, and a commitment to minimizing downtime in a critical medical manufacturing environment.
**Responsibilities**
+ Install, maintain, and repair mechanical equipment, utility systems, and automated machinery.
+ Troubleshoot and resolve mechanical issues to ensure minimal downtime.
+ Follow Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and safety protocols.
+ Read and interpret blueprints and technical diagrams.
+ Use Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS) software for maintenance tasks.
**Essential Skills**
+ 433a license
+ Minimum 3 years of experience in a regulated environment (pharmaceutical, medical manufacturing, biotech, or food).
+ Strong knowledge of CGMP.
+ Proficiency in mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems.
+ Experience reading and interpreting blueprints.
**Additional Skills & Qualifications**
+ Familiarity with CMMS software.
+ Experience in pharmaceutical, medical manufacturing, or injection molding industries.
+ PLC experience (Siemens preferred).
+ Experience with automated machinery.
+ Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing and/or Six Sigma principles.

**Work Environment**
This position operates within a CGMP environment that is clean, well-lit, and emphasizes teamwork. The work setting includes a clean room environment where specific attire such as lab coats and safety goggles are required. The standard shift is from 9 am to 5 pm, with flexibility for earlier starts or later finishes when needed. Paid 30-minute lunches are included.
