Key Duties & Responsibilities Act as the technical point of contact for the maintenance team Troubleshoot and resolve complex mechanical and electrical equipment failures Coordinate and support daily maintenance tasks Conduct inspections and recommend preventive actions Carry out repairs including welding, pumps, piping, and electrical diagnostics Suggest and implement equipment and process improvements Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and environmental standards Collaborate with production and other departments Qualifications MBO Level 3 or 4 in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering Minimum 4 years of relevant maintenance experience in industrial or production environments Fluent in Dutch (English is a plus) Eligibility to work in the Netherlands Key Skills Strong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skills Proactive, solution-oriented, and safety-focused mindset Knowledge of safety regulations and work permit systems Effective communicator and natural team coordinator Ability to work independently and collaboratively
