**Job Title: Millwright**
**Job Description**
Responsible for installing, inspecting, and repairing equipment, primarily focusing on mechanical repairs.
**Responsibilities**
+ Report to home office in Jackson.
+ Meet with manager to discuss daily work.
+ Drive company truck to plant, usually traveling with a colleague.
+ Perform mechanical maintenance on-site.
+ Work on furnaces, hydraulics, pneumatics, motors and chain replacements, and conveyor systems.
+ Read blueprints and schematics.
+ Install industrial machinery and mechanical equipment using layouts.
+ Use hand and power tools.
+ Troubleshoot machinery.
+ Fabricate parts using MIG or stick welding.
+ Perform preventative maintenance.
**Essential Skills**
+ 2+ years of experience in a Mechanical Maintenance role (Millwright, Welder/Fabricator, Maintenance Tech, etc.).
+ Ability to interpret blueprint/schematic readings.
+ Ability to weld (MIG or Stick) and fabricate.
+ Own basic hand tools.
+ Ability to work on a team and independently.
**Pay and Benefits**
The pay range for this position is $52000.00 - $56160.00/yr.
Direct Hire with Leimenstoll Services, Overtime Potential, Benefits Offered
**Workplace Type**
This is a fully onsite position in Jackson,MI.
