They continuously monitor grain flow and adjust machine settings to achieve the ideal degree of milling without damaging the kernels + **Quality Control:** Collects samples throughout the shift to test for purity, moisture levels, grain breakage, and whiteness. They inspect products to reduce waste and ensure compliance with food safety standards + **Maintenance & Troubleshooting:** Performs routine upkeep (like clearing dust, changing worn-out parts, and adjusting belts) to keep the machinery functioning optimally.
