What you will do:

 

 

Direct and manage the Mill Maintenance Department to achieve required standards in safety, employee relations, production, maintenance execution and cost-effective utilization of resources available Collaborate and coordinate daily with Mill Operations, Mill Safety and Procurement to maintain safe production requirements Provide safety leadership for the surface maintenance areas by being visible in the workplace and actively participating in site safety programs Lead the Mill Maintenance, Mill Engineering, Planning and Scheduling departments to develop and execute plans to deliver on key business objectives Promote a high level of trust, respect, and inclusion within the department  Empower and engage employees to solve problems relating to safety, productivity, cost and recovery

 

 

What you will bring:

 

10 years of progressively responsible experience in an industrial maintenance environment preferred Bachelor of Science in related engineering discipline or the equivalent in combined education and experience preferred Strong safety leadership and commitment Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to manage conflict and influence others Proven leadership abilities, promote accountability within the Mill Maintenance team Foster a supportive and motivating work environment Strong time and priority management
