Military Supply Support Analyst
Bring your experience and ideas and help usmaintain our current military fleets.Our team works directly with government entities that provide parts and/or services directly to the Marines, Air Force, and Navy pilots that fly and maintain our products every day.We spare and repair parts that are directly used on flight lines all over the world.
What you’ll be doing as a Military Supply Support Analyst
Update the NAVICP sponsored Commercial Asset Visibility System (CAVS) and Naval Supply Systems Command (NAVSUP) Supply Discrepancy Reporting System daily or as required.
Submit all CAVS and SDR reporting transactions accurately and promptly.
Perform a monthly reconciliation of internal stock records with the CAV database stock records.
Conduct an annual wall-to-wall physical inventory reconciliation of items subject to the applicable service contract.
Execute an annual Government sponsored physical inventory audit.
Respond promptly to government and/or its representative’s requests for meetings, status reports and urgent requirements for parts to support non-mission capable aircraft.
Resolve inventory discrepancies with accuracy and attention to detail.

Skills You Bring To this Role
Knowledge of military provisioning, inventory management, repair management and/or integrated logistics processes and performance based logistics.
Knowledgeable in Government/Civil Acquisition processes.
Familiarity in FAR/DFARS, contracting, planning, specifications, statements of work, estimating, compliance, and/or earned value processes.
MS Office skills to include MS Excel.
Excellent customer service skills with strong verbal and written communication abilities.
Strong collaboration and troubleshooting skills to work effectively with teams and resolve issues efficiently.
Excellent research abilities to gather, analyze, and apply relevant information.
Highly detail-oriented with outstanding accuracy in data entry, inventory reconciliations, auditing and reporting.
What you need to be successful
Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain or Logistics. Related degrees with relevant experience will be considered.
At least 2 years supply chain logistic support experience, preferably within the military or aviation industry.
