Mild/Moderate Special Education Teacher (K–12)
Location: Sacramento, California – In Person Only Pay Rate: $50/hr Hours: 37.5–40 hours/week Contract Length: Remainder of the 2025–2026 School Year (Possible Renewal for 2026–2027) Start Date: ASAP upon district clearance Position Overview We are seeking Mild/Moderate Special Education Teachers to support K–12 students within Sacramento-area schools. The teacher provides high-quality instructional services under the direction of the Special Education Program Administrator and collaborates with campus teams to implement individualized programs, specialized instruction, and academic support for students. Responsibilities + Provide instruction tailored to Mild/Moderate support-needs kidos across K–12. + Conduct ongoing informal and formal assessments to track academic and functional progress. + Collaborate with general education staff to support inclusive learning environments. + Implement individualized education plans and specialized instruction. + Support kidos through structured academic, behavioral, and social strategies.
