WelderJob Description

Join a fast-paced, team-oriented production environment as a Welder specializing in Pulse (MIG) welding on mild steel. In this role, you’ll work with weld fixtures and weld symbols to complete high‑volume units efficiently—averaging 2,000–2,500 welds per day. Your precision and consistency will directly support our high cosmetic welding standards.

ResponsibilitiesPerform Pulse (MIG) welding on mild steel using fixtures and weld symbols.Load metal components onto fixtures, weld designated sections, and move units along to the next welder in the process.Ensure weld quality meets cosmetic and structural standards.Maintain productivity in a team-based weld‑cell environment.Essential SkillsProficient in MIG, TIG, and Pulse welding.Ability to read and interpret weld symbols accurately.Able to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly throughout the shift.Strong memorization skills and attention to detail.Job Type & Location

This is a Permanent position based out of Anoka, MN.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $22.00 - $28.00/hr.
