MIG Welder Responsibilities: Efficiently manage sizable custom projects with minimal oversight. Interpret engineered drawings to fabricate diverse custom structures. Demonstrate expertise in the fabrication process of large structures. Safely operate standard tooling and machinery in the fabrication industry. Uphold a high standard of workmanship, ensuring precision within tight tolerances and working effectively. MIG Welder Qualifications: High School Diploma or equivalent and valid CWB Certification and/or Trade Certification. Minimum of 4 years of custom welding experience required. Proficient in setting up and executing various welding techniques, including SMAW, GMAW, FCAW, and air carbon arc gouging. Ability to read and interpret welding blueprints, drawing specifications, structural drawings, and welding symbols. Certification as a Forklift/Crane Operator would be considered an asset.
