Responsibilities Perform MIG welding on steel components with precision Set up and operate welding equipment per job specs Read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings Assemble and secure components to meet tolerances Conduct visual inspections to ensure weld quality Report equipment or quality issues to supervisor Maintain a clean and safe work areaQualifications Minimum 3-4 years of welding experience (manufacturing/industrial) Proficient in MIG welding; TIG or stick welding is a plus Ability to read blueprints and technical documents Experience with aluminum and stainless steel preferred Strong attention to detail and safety Welding certification is a plus (not required)Benefits 4-day workweek (Monday–Thursday) Overtime pay for extra hours or Friday work Health, dental, and vision insurance 401(k) retirement plan Life insurance Paid time offApply Today
