**NOW HIRING: WELDER – FULL-TIME POSITION**
Join a dedicated team of professionals in a hands-on welding role where quality, safety, and collaboration matter.
**Position:** Welder
**Department:** Production
**Schedule:** Full-Time | Overtime as needed
**Reports To:** Welding Supervisor
**Pay:** Competitive, based on experience
**Location:** [Insert City/State or "Local Facility"]
**What You’ll Do:**
+ Perform various welding processes (GMAW, FCAW) to create high-quality products
+ Set up jigs, fixtures, and safely operate welding equipment
+ Read and interpret weld prints and use shop math
+ Use torches and plasma cutters for steel cutting
+ Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment
+ Collaborate with supervisors to improve processes
+ Participate in cross-training and continuous improvement
+ Follow all PPE and safety guidelines
+ Lift and move parts (up to 50 lbs, mechanical assistance available)
**What We’re Looking For:**
+ High school diploma or GED preferred
+ 3+ years of welding experience in a manufacturing environment
+ Skilled in GMAW and FCAW processes
+ Ability to read tape measure and perform basic math
+ Experience using overhead cranes and hoists
+ Detail-oriented with strong safety awareness
+ Able to work independently and as part of a team
+ Must pass a welder qualification test to AWS D1.1 standards
**Work Environment:**
+ Industrial manufacturing setting with occasional temperature and noise variations
+ Full physical mobility required, with accommodations available as needed
