**Job Title: TIG Welder** **Job Description** We are seeking a skilled MIG/TIG welder to join our team, specializing in welding thin stainless steel using MIG/TIG or heliarc techniques. You will be instrumental in producing custom, short-run prototype equipment for the food industry. **Responsibilities** + Perform TIG and MIG welding on thin stainless steel. + Produce custom and prototype equipment for the food industry. + Read and interpret blueprints to ensure precise fabrication. + Use a variety of hand tools and measuring instruments for intricate welding processes. + Operate welding equipment and adjust machine settings for various welding processes. + Perform fixturing and set-up as required. **Essential Skills** + A minimum of 7+ years of welding experience. + Proficiency in TIG and MIG welding. + Strong math skills. + Welder qualifications per ASME Section IX and/or AWS D1.1 for GTAW, FCAW, and/or GMAW in Horizontal, Vertical, and All Positions. **Additional Skills & Qualifications** + Ability to work on intricate welding processes to develop complex fabrications. + Experience in using and setting up a variety of hand tools and welding equipment. **Why Work Here?** Enjoy a temperature-controlled environment and the opportunity to learn and develop your skills in a custom shop.
