SBGM is looking for a MiFID Regulatory Reporting Analyst based out of Boadilla (Madrid).

Ensure proper compliance with the reporting requirements. In the event of non-compliance with any requirement, analysis of the impacts caused and assessment of possible alternatives. Management of solutions with relevant stakeholders.Attend to requirements and consultations of regulators. Provide action plans in case of identification of gaps and/or incidents and commitment dates for resolution. Monitoring of the situation point of the commitments acquired and in the case of identifying risks, communication to the areas of compliance.Identification of improvements in regulatory reporting process and the defined control model. Adaptation of regulatory reporting to regulatory changes and new products negotiated by the Bank and identification of reporting impacts arising from migrations and/or modifications of Bank systems. Management of these changes with project and IT teams.Interaction with the different Clients to which reporting services are provided (Spain, London, New York and Asia Pacific. Ensure compliance with the service level with each of the units.Support BAU team on BAU tasks, promoting a good work environment and a high motivation of each team member.WHAT YOU’LL BRING

Professional Experience
Senior profile with 5-7 year’s experienceExtensive knowledge and experience in areas of Operations, Middle Office, Audit, Internal Control, Compliance.Experience in analytics tools like SQL, Office 365Education
