Role Overview

Operate an automated production plant in accordance with company procedures. Load and unload materials using Forklift Truck (FLT). Manage loading and unloading of road tankers. Liaise with various departments via telephone, face-to-face, and email. Maintain high housekeeping standards. Follow all health and safety procedures. Adhere to the Quality Management System. Operate the automated plant system (SCADA System). Work a 12-hour shift pattern as per the shift plan. Focus on customer satisfaction. Follow manufacturing processes using Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs). Demonstrate computer literacy.

Skills & Qualifications

Agile working capabilities. Experience in non-manual field supervision. Knowledge of lube oil flushing processes. Familiarity with automated production plants (optional). Forklift Truck (FLT) operation skills. Understanding of SCADA systems.

Education & Experience

Qualifications: Relevant technical or operational qualifications preferred. Certifications: Any certifications related to production operations or safety are advantageous. Experience: Previous experience in a similar role within the manufacturing or lubricants industry is preferred.
