Our client, a leading technology solutions provider, is seeking a Middleware Developer to join their team. As a Middleware Developer, you will be part of the software development team supporting various enterprise projects. The ideal candidate will have strong problem-solving skills, excellent communication abilities, and a collaborative mindset which will align successfully in the organization.
**Job Title:** Middleware Developer
**Location: Charlotte, North Carolina/ Addison, TX (Hybrid -3 days onsite per week)**
**Position type: 12+ months with high possibility of extension/Conversion**
**What's the Job?**
+ Design and develop complex middleware solutions in line with demanding client requirements.
+ Collaborate with enterprise architecture and project teams to ensure successful project delivery.
+ Support parallel projects using various development methodologies including Agile and Waterfall.
+ Create project deliverables such as design documents, API contracts, and automation test plans.
+ Mentor new team members and take responsibility for end-to-end technical delivery of projects.
**What's Needed?**
+ 10+ years of hands-on experience in Middleware Integration Projects, specifically with IBM Integration Bus and Java.
+ 2+ years of experience using IBM App Connect Enterprise (ACE).
+ Solid programming skills in Java and familiarity with Linux/Unix environments.
+ Experience with Agile tools such as Jira and version control systems like GIT.
+ Strong troubleshooting skills and the ability to communicate effectively with team members and clients.
