Minimum Qualifications:
Possess a current Washington State K-8 Generalist teaching certificate. Preferred Qualifications: Demonstrated understanding of research-based instructional strategies and assessment practices that support effective instruction. Must possess strong communication skills, patience, flexibility and a desire to make a positive difference in the lives of students. Must be a problem solver and a team player, with the ability to work with students, staff, parents and other community patrons in an amiable and productive manner. Demonstrated ability to establish and maintain excellent working relationships with students, teachers, school administrators, support personnel, and community members. Evidence/demonstration of use of technology to enhance student learning or willingness to learn.Working Conditions/Employment Requirements
