What You'll Do
You will be an integral member of the Middle East Finance Team. You will deliver expertise in areas including but not limited to SAP change management, month end, audits, treasury and insurance and perform the following tasks:
You will be responsible for:
SAP change management Support SAP data migration and data cleansing initiatives to maintain high data quality and integrity across financial systemsReview, validate, and update SAP records as part of ongoing data quality improvement effortsCollaborate with the broader finance team to identify and correct system data discrepanciesUpdate internal policy documentation for the SAP implementationPerform any tasks or analysis as required to support the Accounting Manager with the SAP implementationMonth EndAssist the Accounting Manager in various tasks relating to the month end and year end close processAssist in updating the monthly balance sheet reconciliations for Middle East entitiesSupport GFOS RtR team with month end and year end queriesFinal & Interim Financial Statement AuditsSupport with audit requests and liaise with various teams to obtain documentation and support where requiredSupport the annual financial statement audit process through assisting in the preparation of the FS mapping file and creating supporting schedules for all Middle East entitiesTreasuryManage performance and bid bonds for Middle East region by processing requests, liaising with the bank and the requestor to ensure accurate and timely issuance of bondsMonitor and cancel open ended bondsMaintain bond registers and complete reconciliationsSupport in preparation of all banking documents and submission to the bankLiaise closely with banking partners and monitor and resolve banking issuesCash forecasting and general cash managementSupport in preparing weekly bank reconciliationsInsuranceManage the documentation around annual insurance renewal process for all Middle East entitiesLiaise with the insurance broker and global insurance team to ensure accurate and timely issuance of insurance documentsOtherSupport ME Localization team with Local Content/In-Country Value calculations, projections and auditsManage Middle East external disclosure requests and work together with the global team to get the appropriate approvalsSupport in the RFP process where requiredSupport in system access reviewsMaintain orderly filing systemOther ad hoc tasks as requiredYOU’RE GOOD AT

Relevant bachelor's degree plus 3+ years relevant experience, preferably at a professional services firmProfessional Accounting Qualification preferredStrong verbal and written communication skills; fluency in EnglishAbility of using data-based systems and report runningAbility to respect all BCG information as personal and confidentialWho You'll Work With
You will work closely with other Accounting Specialists and the Accounting Manager as well as the wider Finance team.
