We are looking for a Middle Data Analyst who will support Indirect Retail Channel by delivering data-driven insights that enable process optimization. This role focuses on transforming data into actionable insights to support strategic and operational decision-making across the organization.

 

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:

Analyze data on efficiency of Trade Programs and Trade Activation Tools and Systems, be constantly updated on the major trends of programs’ implementation.Conduct regular in-depth analysis of existing trade programs to identify their effectiveness & efficiency. Based on the analysis propose and implement new elements of the program to ensure constant improvements.Apply data-driven methodologies to assess process and program performance, quantify impact, and develop actionable, efficiency-focused recommendations.Translate complex analytical findings into clear, structured insights and recommendations for business stakeholders and decision-makers.Design, develop, and maintain dashboards, reports, and performance tracking tools in Power BI to monitor trade efficiency and program outcomes.Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to gather data, validate assumptions, and ensure alignment of analytical outputs with business priorities.

 

REQUIREMENTS:

Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Econometrics, Computer Science, Finance, or related field.At least 2 years of hands-on experience in Data Analytics or a similar role.Strong experience in data analysis and visualization, including the design and delivery of dashboards and insights for business stakeholders.Proficiency in BI and reporting tools (Power BI, Tableau).Advanced SQL skills (including window/analytic functions, nested queries).Python for data analysis, automation, and exploratory analytics.Knowledge of Machine Learning techniques (Decision Trees, Random Forest, SVM, KNN)  is a strong plus.English – Intermediate+
