The Role
You’re the expert who keeps systems running smoothly. In this role, you’ll install, maintain, and upgrade critical hardware and software that power our clients’ businesses. You’ll monitor performance, manage user access, and propose enhancements that make systems more reliable and secure.
What you’ll do every day:
Solve complex problems and anticipate future challenges across diverse platforms and services.
Manage system data and ensure compliance with security standards.
Collaborate with technical teams to prioritize tasks and deliver the best solutions for our clients.

Your skills:

Required Skills and Experience
At least 4 years of experience working as a Middleware Administrator or in a similar systems administration role. Strong knowledge of Microsoft Windows Server (2016/2019) administration and configuration. Hands-on experience with VMware ESX environments. Familiarity with public and private cloud platforms, including migration from on-premises to cloud solutions. Ability to manage system security and user access effectively. Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills with a focus on reliability and performance.Preferred Skills and Experience
Experience with automation tools and Infrastructure as Code (IaaS). Knowledge of vulnerability management practices. Proficiency in Microsoft Active Directory and federation services. Exposure to modernization projects and cloud-native technologies. Relevant certifications in cloud platforms, virtualization, or system administration.
