Parsons is looking for an amazingly talented Mid to Senior level Recruiters to join our team! In this role, you will get to join a high-performing team and create and execute grassroots recruiting strategies to provide a well-qualified and cleared candidate pool.

We would prefer candidates located in the Northern Virginia/DC/Maryland area as they will on occasion be required to attend meetings in office or attend hiring events.

What You'll Be Doing:

Perform full life cycle recruitment for assigned vacancies using the Parsons recruitment processBuild relationships with top talent and establish a pipeline of qualified candidatesCraft and communicate external recruiting strategies that target key communitiesEstablish regular communication with hiring managersPartner with program and corporate leadership to design a recruitment strategy for proactively sourcing, recruiting, and interviewing a variety of technical and non-technical positionsCollaborating with stakeholders to develop comprehensive offer packages

What Required Skills You'll Bring:

Minimum 5 years of large-scale recruiting experience within the Federal contracting industry, FAA, or Aviation programsProven track record of success recruiting technical candidates in a high-volume, fast-paced government consulting/contracting environment for government clientsProven experience with sourcing, qualifying, vetting, and submitting candidatesExpert knowledge of US employment laws and other compliance driversAbility to provide recruiting support to multi-site operations and be capable of building partnerships with geographically dispersed staffDemonstrated experience in change management, establishing trust and credibility, working independently, interviewing, and negotiating skillsProficiency  with offer creation and negotiation using internal and external market sourcesProficiency with Workday and MS Office Suite

What Desired Skills You'll Bring:

Experience supporting SCA/DBA contract staffingStrong organizational skills and the ability to manage competing prioritiesAbility to obtain an FAA Badge

Salary Range: $72,900.00 - $127,600.00
