What You'll Be Doing
Operate and monitor plant equipment to ensure efficient production of sand and gravel.
Perform routine maintenance and inspections to maintain equipment reliability.
Adjust settings and controls to meet production specifications and quality standards.
Collaborate with team members to troubleshoot issues and maintain workflow.
Follow all safety, environmental, and operational procedures consistently.
What Are We Looking For
Ability to operate and maintain industrial equipment safely and effectively.
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, outdoor environment.
Team-oriented with strong communication and collaboration skills.
Loader Operator experience preferred.
Conditions of Employment
Successful candidate must submit to post-offer pre-employment physical examination, drug screen, and background check.
Must meet all legal and company requirements for employment eligibility.
Work Environment
Role operates primarily in environments where the conditions include moving mechanical equipment, inclement weather, heat, cold, humidity, and elevated noise level.
Physical Demands of the Job
Ability to stand, walk, and climb for extended periods.
Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds and perform physical tasks in outdoor conditions.
Manual dexterity and visual acuity required for equipment operation and inspections.
Tolerance for working in dusty, muddy, and uneven terrain.
Ability to respond quickly to operational needs and emergencies.
