Its vehicles are found in environments ranging from golf courses to factories, airports to planned communities, and theme parks to hunting preserves.
Responsibilities:
• Participate in root cause analysis and corrective action activities such as failure investigations.
• Identify defects by performing investigations and develop action plans to prevent additional defects.
• Apply QMS (Quality Management System) processes and participation in programs that consistently meet or exceed customer quality standards.
• Use inspection gauges and additional inspection methods such as micrometers, calipers and tape measures to identify defects.
• Use inspections plans, work instructions, final assembly drawings, and bill of materials to perform inspection of finished assembled internal manufactured parts and processes.
• Conduct in-process auditing for all work within an assigned zone.
• Maintain appropriate documentation to assist in product traceability and the company 5S standard.
• Responsible for maintaining communication to appropriate management and support personnel concerning safety, quality, and any issues as they arise.
• Perform duties in compliance with all safety rules and regulations required by the company, local, state and federal provisions.

Qualifications:
• Education: High School Diploma or GED required
• Years of Experience: 0-2 years of experience required, experience in quality preferred
