The Boeing Company is looking for a highly experienced and detail-oriented Mid-Level Systems and Data Analyst to join the team in Berkeley, MO or Hazelwood, MO.

The Systems and Data Analyst will support the Boeing Defense, Space & Security (BDS) Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) new program by organizing, testing, and troubleshooting Boeing Defense Enterprise Systems. You will independently translate business needs into actionable requirements and deliver solutions within an agile framework. Strong stakeholder communication, collaborative problem-solving, and commitment to high-quality outcomes are essential as you ensure solutions meet and exceed expectations to drive program success.

Position Responsibilities:

Analyzing high level customer requirements and deriving lower-level functional requirements in an agile environment

Leading user-facing cadences with key stakeholders

Gathering, managing, and prioritizing business application development and project tasks

Managing quality testing of customer features and user stories

Understanding end-to-end data flow between systems and write effective SQL queries

Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):

3+ years of experience within IT with an emphasis in supply chain business processes as a Scrum Master and/or Business Analyst

3+ years of experience managing projects and prioritizing tasks in an Agile environment

Experience with analyzing business application data

Experience working and collaborating across different teams

Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):

Active Secret Clearance with ability to obtain a Top Secret Clearance

Bachelor's degree from an accredited course of study in information technology, computer science, data science, product management or other related field of study

Experience creating and executing on project plans

Experience using workflow tools such as Azure DevOps or Jira

Experience with SQL and wiring custom reports

Experience working independently and managing time effectively

Pay is based upon candidate experience and qualifications, as well as market and business considerations.

Summary pay range: $87,550 - $118,450
