The Opportunity:
You will be responsible for supporting the Sr. Systems Engineer in working with the CACI team and government stakeholders/customers to support the end to end testing life cycle for Personal Computer (PC) Simulations, track and manage Software Testing Results (STRs) in Jira and develop and deliver Contract Data Requirements Lists (CDRLs) for various complex media solutions capabilities under the Navy Sailor 2025 Ready Relevant Learning (RRL) program. You will define, update, and maintain the Software Product Designs (SPDs), Software Product Packages (SPPs), Test Procedures (TPs), and Test / Inspection Reports (T/IRs) associated with each PC SIM as well as assisting with and leading testing events held with stakeholders, including customers, to gather and document engineering requirements for CACI’s complex media development team. You will be part of the complex media team of fun and energized multimedia and software developers with a culture of sharing information amongst teammates working within the RRL program.

Responsibilities:

Manage, and author program documentation such as CDRLs, official minutes, and agendas, while working with the Quality Assurance Team to ensure they are of the highest quality and are delivered on time.Responsible for working closely with the development teams. (hardware/software) to develop, update, and deliver the SPDs, SPPs, TPs and T/IRs for each PC SIM.Execute configuration and change management, as applicable, to the product owner role and scope.Maintain and groom roadmaps for various development teams to ensure a clear understanding of requirements, participate in release/sprint planning, as well as integration and testing planning.Responsible for developing, coordinating and executing the testing program and procedures for initial and delivery testing for PC SIMs in support of the training requirements.Conduct internal software testing and provide feedback to developers.Coordinate with government engineers to conduct test events and capture/document test results.Validate that the delivered product meets the defined acceptance criteria and fulfills customer needs, while improving speed of mission delivery.Identify and mitigate risks associated with product development and delivery.Continuously gather feedback from customers and stakeholders to enhance the product and ensure it remains competitive and relevant.


Qualifications:

Required:

BA/BS degree or equivalent and 5+ years of related experience.U.S. Citizen and the ability to obtain and maintain a secret security clearance. The program will sponsor for a clearance.Ability to work independently to efficiently and effectively support multiple and shifting priorities while meeting deadlines.A great work ethic; someone who understands working to task.Initiate and drive to support project needs and accomplish individual tasks.Previous experience controlling, labeling, virus scanning, and appropriately transferring data (upload/download) between information systems at varying classification levels.Familiarity with applicable DoD policies, procedures and operating instructions related to IT, IA, and IM.Excellent communications skills including verbal and written.Experience using Microsoft Office products.Comfortable working with users and customers, preparing and providing briefings related to security initiatives.


Desired:

Experience with software testing procedures, Integrated and Delivery testing events.Experience with Jira for capturing and reporting on Software Test Results.Experience with documenting test results and coordinating results to the government and developers.Familiar with Software Development Lifecycle.Experience with programming languages (C++, C#, VBA, and others).Experience with the Navy Ready Relevant Learning Program.

The proposed salary range for this position is:

$75,200-$158,100
