**Boeing Defense, Space & Security** (BDS) has an exciting opportunity for a **Mid-Level** **Site Supplier Quality Engineer** to join our Supplier Quality Team located in **Saint Charles, MO** !
This position will be supporting production for Boeing Precision Engagement team and must be skilled in data analytics, ability to review trends and create a recovery plan for supplier partners. Successful candidates will have strong experience working with Root Cause Corrective Action plans and have a background working with suppliers.
**Position Responsibilities:**
+ Represents Quality function on team activities to integrate contractual and Boeing Quality Management System requirements into all aspects of proposals and program processes and documentation.
+ Provides Quality interpretation of requirements.
+ Develops quality metrics, design and production certification plans for small programs to ensure compliance with contractual, Company and regulatory requirements.
+ Conducts capability assessments and process validations to support supplier selection activities.
+ Participates in various reviews to ensure quality attributes are incorporated into product designs. Performs analysis, tests and process audits to ensure manufacturing and test readiness. Provides material review dispositions for non-conformances.
+ Analyzes non-conformance trends to evaluate effectiveness of corrective actions.
+ Recommends corrective actions to address non-conformances.
+ Performs benchmarking and other forms of analysis to ensure specified processes capability levels are achieved.
+ Works under general direction.
**This position is expected to be 100% onsite. The selected candidate will be required to work onsite at the listed location.**
**Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):**
+ Bachelor of Science degree in Engineering, Engineering Technology (including Manufacturing Technology), Computer Science, Data Science, Mathematics, Physics, Chemistry
+ More than 3 years of experience performing quantitative or statistical analysis, data collection, preparation and interpretation
+ More than 1 year of experience root cause corrective analysis
+ More than 3 years of experience working in Quality
+ More than 1 year of experience in an aerospace, fabrication or manufacturing environment
+ Experience with AS9100 and/or similar QMS standard
**Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):**
+ Experience working with Supplier Quality Processes
+ More than 1 year of experience working with Quality Management Systems (QMS)
+ Experience with SQIS, QDSS and other Boeing process
+ Experience interfacing and presenting to data findings to leadership
+ Experience working closely with other engineering disciplines in an integrated team environment
+ Experience reviewing contracts, managing suppliers, and/or experience working with inventory

Summary pay range: USD 88.400 – 119,600
