Our client, a Fortune 50 Financial Services company, is seeking a Mid-level Software Engineer to join their team. As a SailPoint Developer, you will be part of the Identity Access Management (IAM) Engineering department supporting the Identity Governance and Administration (IGA) team. The ideal candidate will have strong initiative, a proactive mindset, and excellent collaboration skills which will align successfully in the organization.
**Job Title:** Mid-Level SailPoint Developer
**Location:** Charlotte, NC; Minneapolis, MN; Chandler, AZ; Dallas, TX – Hybrid
**Type** : W2 long term contract

**What’s the Job?**
+ Design, develop, and test data pipelines for IAM software solutions using Java and Spring Boot
+ Build scalable and secure ETL processes supporting IAM goals
+ Collaborate with stakeholders and engineers in an Agile development environment
+ Participate in CI/CD workflows using tools like GitHub Actions and Harness
+ Provide technical mentorship and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives
**What’s Needed?**
+ 4+ years of software engineering experience with strong Java, Spring Boot, and Spring Batch expertise
+ Proficiency in ETL concepts and tools, including Spring Cloud Data Flow
+ Solid SQL and relational database experience (e.g., Oracle, MSSQL)
+ Familiarity with batch scheduling tools and scripting (Shell, PowerShell, Python)
+ Experience with CI/CD pipelines and version control (e.g., Git)
