Mid-Level Project Manager (Charlotte)
**Job Title:** Mid-Level Project Manager **Location** : Charlotte, NC (100 N Tryon) **Work authorizations accepted** : USC, GC (shouldn't need any visa candidates here) **Glider** : BOA-ITBA-I-III-1 **Things to keep in mind:** -Resume must list location! -3 day per week hybrid schedule requirement. -CTA could be required - discuss it with them **Top Skillsets:** 1. Project Management 2. Jira 3. Agile Experience **Responsibilities** • Oversight and tracking of projects from intake to delivery. • Owns routines that enable backlog prioritization, project sizing, capacity management, work allocation and blocker resolution e.g. Weekly Scrum Call and JIRA. • Coordinate with developers to ensure timely resolution of at risk projects and capacity concerns. • Gatekeeper to ensure that we only allocate projects to the team that are ready to go i.e. BRD is complete, Stakeholder has capacity etc. • Gatekeeper to ensure that the team is enabling strategic solutions as opposed to attempting to deliver on all idea submissions. • Responsible for coordination of routine and ad hoc governance tasks. **Required Skills:** Self Starter/Initiative - Takes ownership without waiting for direction. 3+ years of project management experience Strong verbal and written communication skills Ability to manage multiple deliverables simultaneously Extreme attention to detail Relationship management skills **Desired Skills:** • Familiarity with global markets products and activities • Strives to bring new thoughts and ideas to teams in order to drive innovation and unique solutions • Excels in working among diverse viewpoints to determine the best path forward • Experience in connecting with a diverse set of clients to understand future business needs - is a continuous learner • Commitment to challenging the status quo and promoting positive change. • Participate in and drive collaborative efforts to advance tools, technology, and ways of working to better serve an evolving client base • Believes in value of diversity so we can reflect, connect and meet the diverse needs of our clients and employees around the world ManpowerGroup is committed to providing equal employment opportunities in a professional, high quality work environment.
