Koniag Management Solutions, a Koniag Government Services company, is seeking a Mid-Level Project Manager to support federal cybersecurity initiatives, specifically focusing on Zero Trust Architecture (ZTA) and Continuous Diagnostics and Mitigation (CDM) implementations. **Essential Functions, Responsibilities & Duties may include but are not limited to:** The Project Manager will coordinate and oversee the implementation of cybersecurity programs, ensuring successful delivery of ZTA and CDM initiatives. Key responsibilities include: + Develop and maintain detailed project plans for cybersecurity implementations + Track and report on ZTA/CDM implementation progress + Create and maintain executive dashboards and performance metrics + Manage technical documentation and briefing materials + Coordinate working group meetings and track action items + Oversee license management and associated costs + Support system architecture planning and design + Facilitate stakeholder communication and coordination + Monitor project risks and develop mitigation strategies + Ensure compliance with security requirements and standards + Generate regular status reports and updates **Education and Experience:** **Required:** + Bachelor's degree in Project Management, Information Technology, or related field, OR + 5+ years of experience in project management + Project Management certification (e.g. PMP, FAC/PPM, or equivalent) + Experience with cybersecurity projects **Required Skills and Competencies:** + Strong understanding of project management methodologies + Knowledge of CDM and ZTA frameworks + Experience with technical documentation and reporting + Proficiency in project planning and scheduling + Strong risk management capabilities + Excellence in stakeholder communication + Knowledge of cybersecurity tools and technologies + Experience with performance metrics and tracking + Ability to manage multiple concurrent projects + Strong organizational and leadership skills + Proficiency in project management software + Experience with federal IT projects **Desired Skills and Competencies:** + Additional cybersecurity certifications + Experience with federal security requirements + Knowledge of NIST frameworks + Agile project management experience + Familiarity with federal procurement processes + Experience with enterprise architecture + Security+ certification + Knowledge of identity and access management + Experience with vulnerability management + Understanding of federal IT governance + Background in IT service management **Our Equal Employment Opportunity Policy** The company is an equal opportunity employer.
