Kforce's client, a growing and established Engineering Technology company in the Northwest Phoenix, AZ area, is seeking a Mid-Level or Senior Product Manager. We are working directly with the hiring manager on this search assignment. The company offers a competitive compensation package including base salary, a 20% annual bonus plan, 401K matching, generous PTO plan, etc. Summary: The Product Manager is responsible for overseeing a technical product portfolio, guiding the development of business plans, and managing the product roadmap. and defining product requirements and roadmaps. The candidate should have solid experience in product management, technical specification gathering, and planning for commercialization. Responsibilities: * Life cycle management of assigned products, including pricing, refresh, and obsolescence of products * Define and manage the roadmap for assigned products while keeping digital user experience in mind * Delivering product and marketing presentations to internal stakeholders to create alignment for the goals of the product line * Providing product/benefit expertise to the sales and communications teams including competitive matrix charts reflecting market share by brand and price point * Responding quickly to the needs of internal/external customers including sales and engineering to capitalize on new opportunities * Present new product ideas and concepts to management, sales and customers through strong presentation and negotiation skills * Preparation of project reporting for regular internal meetings (Engineering / Marketing & Finance) * Ongoing support for Marketing, Sales, Development questions and requests * Development of Customer BETA Launch framework including aggregating BETA testing feedback and communicating results to cross-function internal Company teams
