Summary: Seeking a Mid-Level Manufacturing Engineer to enhance manufacturing capacity and streamline processes for ruggedized circuit boards in airborne/defense applications.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree US Citizenship Onsite presence required Strong experience with manufacturing processes, additive manufacturing, assembly, and testingPreferred Skills:
Experience with Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, or other continuous improvement methodologies Familiarity with industry standards and regulations such as AS9100, ITAR, and NADCAP Proficiency in CAD/CAM software for process developmentResponsibilities:
Participate in Lean Manufacturing and Six Sigma initiatives Identify areas for improvement and implement process enhancements Drive cost reduction, waste elimination, and quality improvement efforts Analyze production data to identify bottlenecks and implement corrective actions (CAPA)Pay Details: $33.00 to $45.00 per hour
