The Analytical Solutions Division (ASD) of Applied Research Associates (ARA), Inc (www.ara.com), contingent upon contract award, has an exciting opportunity for a full-time Mid-Level Intelligence Analyst on-site with the customer in Oak Ridge, TN. The Mid-Level Intelligence Analyst will provide support to NNSA NA-15 Office of Secure Transportation (OST) Research and Analysis Division (RAD). The candidate through the analysis of all-source intelligence, provides research to identify, acquire, validate, and assess information from geographically separated NNSA locations to produce intelligence products related to stated or emerging threats.
The Mid-Level Intelligence Analyst will also be asked to evaluate and integrate all-source information to assess the relevance and significance of developments in adversary capabilities. Must be capable of briefing the products to senior leadership and performing technical tasks independently and must possess a willingness to learn new techniques to accomplish tasks through research and self-study. Work independently and in small groups while maintaining relationships and credibility with the customer locally and at the geographically separated locations.
Mid-Level Intelligence Analyst Security Clearance Requirements:
Must have an "Active" DOE Q or TS with SCI eligibility Security ClearanceMid-Level Intelligence Analyst Requirements:
Must be a U.S. Citizen Bachelor’s Degree along with 5 years of with federal all-source intelligence processes, data evaluation, and analysis. (May also consider other acceptable systems experience such as a combination of JWICS, SIPR, Intelligence and Law Enforcement databases.) Anticipate, identify, analyze, summarize, and forward intelligence products related to stated or emerging threats Research, analyze, develop, respond to, and satisfy requests for information from geographically separated NNSA locations Assist NNSA in specifying intelligence requirements Proficient in updating, implementing, and maintaining RAD’s database for products and reports to support RAD’s records management requirements Evaluate business processes, anticipate requirements, uncover areas of improvement, and develop and implement solutions Excellent oral and written communications skills Experience using intelligence reporting tools Ability to work well in a team environment and establish, develop productive, strong personal relationships with peers Good planning and organizational skills Very detailed oriented Must be willing to work 5 days a week, onsite in Oak Ridge, TNMid-level Intelligence Analyst Desired Experience:
