We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Mid level Dynamics 365 .NET Support candidate to join our production support team in. This role is ideal for early-career developers who are passionate about maintaining and enhancing enterprise applications. You'll provide hands-on support for Microsoft Dynamics 365 and .NET-based systems, ensuring stability, performance, and user satisfaction across production and non-production environments.
This role can be performed at the CGI office in Columbia, SC; Lafayette, LA or Knoxville, TN. A hybrid working model is acceptable.
. Assist in the development and customization of Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM solutions using C# and .NET.
. Support integration efforts between Dynamics 365 and external systems using REST APIs and Azure services.
. Participate in the design and implementation of workflows, plugins, and business rules.
. Collaborate with senior developers and business analysts to understand requirements and deliver scalable solutions.
. Conduct unit testing and assist in debugging and troubleshooting application issues.
. Document technical specifications, configurations, and customizations.
. Document user issues, inquiries, and cases using the ticket management system (ServiceNow).
. Investigate and resolve bugs, errors, and system issues affecting application functionality or usability, in alignment with defined service levels.
. Participate in annual disaster recovery testing and provide support as needed.
. Fulfill service requests (SRs) including ad-hoc reporting and data extraction tasks.
. Conduct technical analysis of data-related problems and escalate to upstream/downstream systems when necessary.
. Monitor application health and batch processes to ensure system stability.
. Escalate unresolved issues to product vendors when appropriate.
. Provide system support for deployments involving code, configuration, patching, and infrastructure updates.
. Manage certificate lifecycle activities including rotation, deployment, coordination, and validation.
. Support both production and non-production environments with tasks such as code deployment, system restarts, service recycling, IIS resets, and W3Pools recycling.
. Conduct performance testing and implement remediation measures to maintain optimal system performance.
. Collaborate with Tier 1 (MIM) and Tier 2 teams to debug and resolve issues within SLA parameters.
. Coordinate with product vendors for escalations and issue resolution.
. Partner with the System Development Core team to implement resolutions and minor enhancements.
. Communicate status updates to the Real Estate Lending (REL) OTS team.
. Work with horizontal teams to support database management and disaster recovery activities.
. Collaborate with SST Lending REOS teams to generate and deliver required reports.
. Perform system configurations in both production and non-production environments as needed.
. Participate in knowledge transfer sessions with the development team to ensure smooth support of new features.
. Stay current with vendor product updates to maintain effective system support.
. Experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 (CRM or ERP modules).
. 3-5 years of experience in .NET development (C# preferred).
. Basic understanding of SQL Server, JavaScript, and RESTful APIs.
. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
. Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
Desired Skills
. Exposure to Power Platform (PowerApps, Power Automate).
. Experience with Azure DevOps or Git version control.
. Knowledge of SSRS/SSIS and CRM SDKs.
. Microsoft certifications (e.g., PL-400, MB-910) are a plus.

The determination of this range includes various factors not limited to skill set, level, experience, relevant training, and licensure and certifications. To support the ability to reward for merit-based performance, CGI typically does not hire individuals at or near the top of the range for their role. Compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current range for this role in the U.S. is $62,900.00 - $167,200.00.
