Required Skills and Experience

4-7 years of experience in data engineering or analytics engineeringStrong proficiency in SQL and working knowledge of PythonHands-on experience building data pipelines using tools like Databricks, dbt, or similarExperience with AWS and its object storageUnderstanding of data modeling concepts including dimensional modeling and fact/dimension tablesExperience with data quality validation and testingAbility to debug and troubleshoot data pipeline issuesExperience with version control (Git) and basic understanding of CI/CD conceptsUnderstanding of basic data governance: access control and audit loggingGood problem-solving skills and ability to work with moderate independenceGood communication skills and willingness to ask questions when blockedBachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience
